What we collect
Account details (name, email), swimmer details your club records (name, date of birth, squad, medical notes you choose to add), attendance, and payment records. Card numbers go to Stripe — we never see them.
Why we collect it
To run your club: rosters, sessions, fees, receipts and messages. That's it. We don't sell data, we don't run ads, we don't “share with partners”.
Who can see it
Your club's committee and coaches, scoped to their roles. Other clubs can never see your data — isolation is enforced at the database layer.
Children's data
Swimmer profiles are created and controlled by guardians and the club. Photos and public listings require explicit parental consent — private by default.
Your rights
See your data, correct it, or delete your account entirely — self-serve, from your profile. Deletion removes your profile and linked data for real, in line with GDPR.
Where data lives
On EU-region infrastructure for European clubs, with Australian region planned for AU clubs. Email us for the current specifics — you'll get a straight answer.
