The questions every committee asks

Does this replace Swim Central?

No — Swim Central handles federation membership and meets. SwimSync runs your club's day-to-day: squads, sessions, attendance, club fees and communication. We import from Swim Central CSVs so nobody types names twice.

Can our coaches see it?

Yes. Coaches get their own portal for sessions, rosters and attendance — on their phone, on deck. They see their squads, not the club's finances.

Is our data shared with other clubs?

Never. Clubs are isolated from each other at the database layer. There is no cross-club anything.

How long does setup take?

Provisioning your club takes about a minute. A committee-ready setup — squads, prices, sessions, payments — is an evening's work with the wizard, less if you import a CSV.

Can you help us migrate from spreadsheets?

Yes — the CSV importer handles the heavy lifting, and a real human (hello) will help with the weird rows. Migration help is part of onboarding, not an upsell.
